“The New Balance H710 shoe is being released this Fall in various colorways and is a trainer/hiking boot hybrid. Gaining popularity by accident, the shoe is based on the Rainer hiking shoe and was first brought to attention by Lou Whittaker who stubbed his toe in a pair of hiking boots and decided to wear a lightweight tennis shoe instead. After successfully climbing Mount Everest in 1982 in a pair of New Balance’s, the H710 was born. This season the shoe is reinvented in bold colorways, the side logo is enlarged, low and mid cuts come in a suede or synthetic fabric and metal lace hugs, braided laces and sealed tongues ensure that no moisture will seep in. Look out for this style later this Fall at selected New Balance stockist’s throughout Southeast Asia.”

Fresh | 13DW x Stussy

August 9th, 2010

A little something to break the wind this Fall:

Yosuke Aizawa and his personal design studio 13DW proudly announced his newest collaboration with Stussy, breaking the norm of working alongside only sportswear companies. Each piece made is an epitome of traditional clothing with stark contrasts that convey the vision of Aizawa and Stussy. On display are three jackets that are a notable extension of Aizawa’s design language, with the ability to perform under harsh weather conditions.

For all the BAPE heads outchea:

A Bathing Ape has re-issued some classics through their space at ZOZORESORT. Notable classics from the extensive archive can be seen, the release includes a leather down jacket, rain jacket, college hoodie, crew necks, GO APE Tee, denim, Skull Stas and a fur cushion. All are available to be pre-ordered fromZOZORESORT, with delivery expected in November.

Air Jordan 11(XI) “Cool Grey”

Air Jordan 13(XIII) “Flint”

The two sneakers above are both set for a Holiday release this year in late December and as usual with Jordan releases kids will be lining up to get their hands on them before everyone else at school. The “Cool Grey” 11’s have long been coveted by sneaker heads and this year’s retro comes as a delight along with a slight change to an icey light blue sole instead of a clear one that has had “yellowing” complaints over the years. The “Flint” 13’s are another unique colorway that hasn’t been on the shelves in over 5 years so it’s release is sure to be met with a lot of excitement as well. The real question is which of these are you getting?

My homie Narks pulled my coat to these a few days ago and just recently some more detailed photos surfaced so I had to share the new Air Jordan 7 “For the Love of the Game”. Jordan heads will note that these are nearly identical to the Olympic 7’s however with a new addition to the heel, a golden heart-shaped basketball sewn in. These shoes will release as a quickstrike August 7th (only select retailers) to coincide with the World Basketball Festival so be on the lookout for more updates and check the detailed photos after the jump.
